I love its focus on functional fitness. I love the variety. I love the community aspect of it. In fact, I did CrossFit for nearly a year before I decided to give it up. The people were cool. There were both men and women, and no one expected me to work less hard because I was a chick. But when I moved to San Francisco, I decided to give it up. The main difference between my workouts and the Crossfit workouts is the Olympic style weightlifting they do in their workouts—including lots of heavy squats, shoulder presses, jerks, snatches, deadlifts and cleans.

1. PEEING DURING A WORKOUT
Certainly not if your breasts are the ones you were born with and have had a couple of kids swinging off them for nutritional purposes in your lifetime. I think this may apply to all forms of exercise, not just CrossFit, but for the purposes of continuity we will stick with it. Four years on, and Bertha and Betty are still very much in residence, their egos slightly deflated from being crushed into a sports bra daily, and the stuffing has been knocked out of them — but they are still here…. However my perception of where they are is where they should be. For last years open for the chest to bar, I invested in a new bra, collared a buddy into hiking it up as high as possible, and approached the rig with the attitude of a woman who can lick her own nipples as her busom is that high. The rest of the time, my floppy eared chest is nothing but a mere hindrance in my training to be a gymnast. It is a large chested ladies worse fecking nightmare. Trying to avoid whipping, wetting and your wobblers wanging is a sport all in itself. Say chest up and the rare breed of busty CrossFitters will look you square in the eye, grunt, and raise that chest from the floor with pride.

Today I want to talk about breast tissue more specifically the possibility of loss of breast tissue during fat loss. The breasts are primarily made up of adipose tissue aka: fat. Usually as females gain weight they also in turn add fat to their breasts which creates a larger breast size. Understandably, this can be a welcome outcome, but many times it's also accompanied with excess body fat around the midsection, thighs, buttocks and wherever else that particular person stores body fat, which is very unhealthy. It stands to reason that the opposite will also be true This is a valid concern. Each person is completely different and has a different genetic make up and a different propensity to store body fat in certain areas. It's impossible to spot reduce body fat, meaning it's impossible to lose body fat in only specific areas. The body will shed body fat all over when you are losing body fat.
Because men like attractive women more than anything else in the world, and if it was not this way, the human race may not exist anymore. Think about it; if men liked anything else more than women, the urge to procreate would not be as strong and eventually the species would die out. Next question please.
